The itAED professionals' experience in architectural design, covers several areas, it ranges from residential to retail field, from hospital to educational facilities, from urbanization to infrastructure, to the restoration of historic buildings.
The professionals' architectural design starts from the study of space, of volumes, of lights and materials, to obtain the best comfort, with a strong focus on eco-sustainability and on energy saving, all characterized by the unmistakable Italian design.
All processes are tracked and managed, from planning to the on-site work supervision, till the delivery of the accomplished work to the end user, so that everything runs according to design standards, time schedule, costs and quality.

The itAED members' skills relate different engineering fields, structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
Special attention is paid to environmental sustainability in calculation and dimensioning of structures and MEP plants, using best quality materials, high efficiency plants, renewable primary energy sources.
Aim is to guarantee comfort and quality, saving energy sources and reducing to the minimum the production of pollution, during all the life cycle of the buildings.
Particular attention is also paid to the commissioning, for verifying the achievement of the design objectives, and to the energy upgrading of existing buildings, in order to reduce the costs of management and maintenance.

It is opinion of itAED members, that a good architectural design is not complete unless it is supplemented by a careful study of interiors, of furnishings and of lighting systems. That's why a refined and elegant design, typical of the Italian style, completes the job.
Designers, at the request of the customer, have realized, together with reliable skilled craftsmen, exclusive objects to make unique the interior design.

The aim of the members of itAED, is to develop projects according to the most modern standards of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and organic architecture, starting from the Life Cycle Assessment. The ethical goal of achieving healthy buildings, with low consumption and high comfort, respecting nature and its resources, is also achieved through the optimization of the integrated design of structures and high efficency systems, and using renewable energy sources. Finally, through the commissioning, it will be verified that, in the realized building, the objectives are really achieved.
The same holds true for the energy requalification of existing buildings.
